This is a 1099/independent contractor position (with all the support of a close-knit team). You’ll run your own book of business and have the freedom to build your client base with our tools, resources, coaching and decade+ of experience behind you.

This role is for you if:
  • You have experience planning Disney or theme park travel (at least 1–2 years in the game)
  • You’re deeply passionate about Disney and themed travel
  • You’re client-focused, detail-oriented, and serious about service
  • You’re organized, proactive, and love taking initiative
  • You’re not looking to be micromanaged, but you do want community, tools, and clear expectations
  • You light up around people—and your energy makes them feel cared for

Fair, transparent splits that reward great service and growth are the name of the game here. We can discuss more in depth during your onboarding, but all advisors begin at a minimum 70/30 split.

Yes. We charge a small annual admin fee to cover systems, support, and resources. This fee is $175 and is due upon signing your contract and every year in June. You also have the option to use TravelJoy for $15/month, paid directly to TravelJoy. No hidden costs, ever.
