The Disney Hotel Decision

Walt Disney World

There are so many lodging options when it comes to traveling to a Disney destination. Choosing a the *perfect* Disney hotel can seem challenging, but it really doesn’t have to be. Here are a few questions that help guide you to find the best fit for your trip.

Dates.

Why would this matter? Well, it really can make a difference. Planning a trip during a slower season? Have a shorter trip and want to make the most of your time? Consider staying at a deluxe resort that may be available at a lower price tag. Trips during certain times of the year can impact resort activities, resort traffic, and transportation around all of Walt Disney World.

Know Your Party.

Everyone has different preferences and needs when they travel. How many folks are you traveling with? Do you know which park(s) that you will spend most of your time in? Do you like to split your time between the park(s) and hotel during your stay? Sick of the same ol’ hotel and want to change it up? Or do you like to stay in the same resort for each trip? These are all important questions to ask and to know when booking. Since there are *so* many on-property Disney hotel options, you will not feel limited in the magic and I am confident that we will find the best fit for you and yours this booking.

Budget.

While this is an obvious factor to consider, I would definitely recommend looping in a travel advisor and working together on your hotel options. Sometimes certain quoted pricing may be a better value based on location/amenities/transportation and can be a major savings in terms of convenience or transportation costs. An experienced travel advisor can help you maximize your budget based on your priorities.  Also, don’t rule out split-stay bookings and taking advantage of flexible payment options.
